MEET OUR TEAM

Carlos Lima, President

Carlos ran his own tiling company in his native country of Guatemala for over 10 years before moving to Canada. Carlos is also an IT Professional with more than 20 years of experience in that industry. Because of this, Carlos is focused on making Care Flooring Systems one of the leaders in Concrete systems technology.

Juan Lima, Operations

Juan attended to Mohawk College for Civil Engineering Technology from 2015-2018 and is one of Care Flooring Systems main applicators.
